The packs
What is a supplier pack?
A list of the suppliers Past Gems uses for one style, with each supplier's contact and ordering details.
Which packs are there?
Y2K mini skirts, mesh tops, Y2K camis, Y2K babydolls, Y2K jackets, designer brands (including Dolce & Gabbana and other Italian brands), Ralph Lauren knits, leather jackets and Y2K maxi skirts. The Every Gem Bundle has all 9.
Is this for beginners?
Yes. Pick a pack, message the suppliers, order your first pieces and list them. You decide how much stock to buy.
Do the suppliers sell to me directly?
Yes. You order from the suppliers yourself. Each one sets its own prices, minimum orders, delivery costs and times, so check with them before you pay.
Orders and payment
How do I get my pack?
Your supplier links come with your order confirmation email. They stay live, so keep the email. Find my order sends them again any time.
How can I pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards, through our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer discounts?
Buy any 2 packs and save 15%, or 3 or more and save 33%. The Every Gem Bundle is the best value: all 9 packs for £39.99.
Can I get a refund?
Once your pack is sent, your right to cancel ends, because you asked us to send it straight away. If a link doesn't work or never arrives, we resend it within 24 hours, and if we can't, we refund you. The Refund policy has the details.
Help
I lost my links. What now?
Use Find my order with the email you paid with, and we send your links again.
Who sells these packs?
Y2K Sells supplier packs are sold by Vinted Resells Ltd, a UK company (company no. 16344052).
How do I contact you?
