Y2K Sells supplier packs and guides are sent by email, so there is nothing to post and no delivery charge.
1. How your packs arrive
We send your supplier packs to the email address you enter at checkout, as links, straight after payment. Your links also show on the page you see after paying. They have no delivery charge, do not go through customs and are available to buyers in every country our store sells to.
2. If they have not arrived
Please check your email address before you pay. If your email has not arrived, look in your spam, junk and promotions folders, or use Find my order to have your links sent again straight away. If you still cannot find them, email support@y2ksells.com with your order number. We resend your packs within 24 hours of your email, and if we cannot get them to you, we refund you in full.
3. Stock you buy from suppliers
The suppliers in our packs are independent businesses. When you order stock from them, they set their own delivery options, costs and times, so check with them before you pay.
